The first thing you’ll come to know about me is, I absolutely love what I do! I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 15 years and I feel grateful and humble to be able to do this work every day. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), a self awareness junkie, and am passionate about helping others find their most authentic selves. I am certified in EMDR, though I enjoy using a variety of counseling interventions and techniques within the counseling session. I specialize in working with adults (18 years old and up) who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, dissociation, grief, codependency, relationship and communication issues. My meticulous nature motivates me to find the treatment that best fits your goals and builds on your strengths. I believe that lasting healing comes as a result of addressing the life struggles and issues that are right in front of you while simultaneously looking deeper for the thoughts and beliefs that have set these patterns into motion.

I graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2007 with a bachelors of Music in Music Therapy and a minor in Psychology. After college, I worked for six years as a music therapist at the Positive Education Program (PEP) where I had the privilege of working with school-age youth with a variety of emotional and behavioral difficulties and many who had experienced trauma. It was during my time at PEP that I got my first taste of counseling. The opportunities I had to connect individually with the students left me eager to learn more. I graduated from Cleveland State University with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015 and have been loving my work in private practice ever since.
